What kind of information is provided in My Order History?
In My Order History, you can view all of your outstanding, canceled or completed requests for rewards orders., Travel Reward redemptions and Points Concierge requests.
You will find the order ID, product name, date shipped, plus the total ThankYou® Points used and the status of the order. For select merchandise items, you will have access to the shipping tracking number once the item has been shipped, to allow you to check the status of your order.
If your order qualifies, a cancellation or a return can be processed from My Order History. In addition, your past gift card and eGift card orders can be reordered from My Order History.
For travel rewards, you can see the order number, itinerary number, travel dates, the total ThankYou Points used or dollars paid and the destination of travel.
Points Concierge requests can also be tracked under My Order History.
