Do you deliver Citi® Prepaid Cards to any location?

Delivery of Citi Prepaid Cards may be made to post office boxes and to shipping addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska provided the address is the address on file for the redeeming ThankYou Member.

Delivery is not available to Military Post Offices (MPOs), including AFO and FPO addresses.

Do Citi® Prepaid Cards ever expire?

Yes. The Citi Prepaid Card expires after 12 months from the issue date. There is an expiration date embossed on the front of your Citi Prepaid Card. You may not use your Citi Prepaid Card after the expiration date. Before redeeming, please see the Terms & Conditions for the Citi Prepaid Card.

Are there any charges associated with a Citi® Prepaid Card?

Subject to applicable law, Citi Prepaid Cards carry certain fees. Before redeeming, please read all restrictions and fees on the product page. To learn more about expirations and fees, please visit the Terms & Conditions for the Citi Prepaid Card.

Do I need to register the Citi® Prepaid Card?

Yes. Go to www.prepaid.citi.com/rewards to register the card before making online and phone purchases. Certain in-store point-of-sale purchases may require customers to register online as well. You will receive registration and usage instructions with your prepaid card.

How can I check the balance on my Citi® Prepaid Card?

You can contact the Citi Prepaid Card customer service center at 800-522-7458 or check your account anytime at www.prepaid.citi.com/rewards. Contact information is also printed on the back of the Citi Prepaid Card.

Can I cancel or return my Citi® Prepaid Card?

Returns are subject to prior approval from the ThankYou® Service Center. Citi Prepaid Cards may only be exchanged if they are received damaged or defective. All Citi Prepaid Card redemptions are final and may not be cancelled.

Can my Citi Prepaid® Card be replaced if it is lost or stolen?

Protect your Citi Prepaid Card as you would cash. If your Citi Prepaid Card has been lost or stolen, we will not replace your card or the remaining balance and you will lose all the money on your card.
