Terms and Conditions of Citi ThankYou® Rewards

  1. Citi ThankYou® Rewards Program. Citi ThankYou ® Rewards is a loyalty rewards program ("ThankYou Rewards") offered at the sole discretion of Citibank, N.A. ("CBNA") to certain cardmembers with an eligible credit card account issued by CBNA (each, a "Card Account"), to eligible owners of CBNA checking accounts ("Citibank Accounts") and to others by special invitation from CBNA or its affiliates. Card Account and Citibank Accounts are collectively defined as "Sponsor Account". The terms "we", "us" and "our" throughout these terms and conditions refer to CBNA and its affiliates. The terms "you" and "your" throughout these terms and conditions refer to the owner of a Sponsor Account and to any other ThankYou Rewards member. We may revise or terminate ThankYou Rewards with 30 days prior written notice. Any revisions may affect your ability to use the ThankYou Rewards points ("ThankYou Points" or "Points") you have already accumulated. If ThankYou Rewards is terminated, you will have only 90 days from the ThankYou Rewards program termination date to redeem all your accumulated ThankYou Points. Rewards offered by ThankYou Rewards and the Point levels required for specific rewards are subject to change without notice. All ThankYou Rewards items are subject to availability. You may access continuously updated Terms and Conditions of Citi ThankYou Rewards at thankyou.com.
  2. ThankYou Rewards Member Account and ThankYou Points. A ThankYou Rewards member account ("ThankYou Member Account") will be set up to record your ThankYou Point activity. ThankYou Points are transferred from your Sponsor Account. In addition, ThankYou Points may also be contributed directly to your ThankYou Member Account for certain activities, such as participating in certain promotional activities. You must have a user name and password in order to access your ThankYou Member Account and redeem ThankYou Points online. Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, ThankYou Points accumulate and expire as described in your Sponsor Account materials or in ThankYou Rewards promotional materials. ThankYou Point accumulation and expiration status can be accessed on your ThankYou Member Account statement available online at thankyou.com. Points contributed directly into your ThankYou Member Account are displayed on your online ThankYou Member Account statement. Unless otherwise noted in your promotional materials, Points which are contributed directly by ThankYou Rewards will expire three years from the end of the month in which they are awarded to you. Please keep the Sponsor Account materials and promotional materials for your records because they are part of these Citi ThankYou Rewards Terms and Conditions. ThankYou Points have no cash value. ThankYou Points may not be assigned, shared or pledged to any third party except through the Points Sharing feature and through the ThankYou Point Sharing App offered and administered through ThankYou Rewards. You have no property rights or other legal interests in ThankYou Points. Redemption of ThankYou Points related to your participation in ThankYou Rewards may result in your receipt of taxable income from CBNA in the tax year in which the ThankYou Points are redeemed. In accordance with U.S. tax law, CBNA may be required to send to you and file with the IRS a Form 1099-MISC (Miscellaneous Income) for the year in which a reward is issued to you. The valuation of ThankYou Point redemptions for Form 1099-MISC tax reporting purposes will be at CBNA's sole discretion. You are solely responsible for any personal tax liability arising out of the redemption of ThankYou Points. Please consult with your Tax Advisor if you should have any questions regarding your personal tax situation.
  3. Late Payments to Sponsor Accounts. If you make a late payment on your participating Sponsor Account, any ThankYou Points you earned through that Sponsor Account may not be available for redemption until you pay the reinstatement fee disclosed on thankyou.com/help.jspx.
  4. ThankYou Member Account Closures. If your ThankYou Member Account is closed for any reason, you will lose any ThankYou Points in that ThankYou Member Account. If your participating Sponsor Account is closed, you will no longer be able to accumulate and may lose the ThankYou Points that you earned through that Sponsor Account and through ThankYou Rewards. If all your Sponsor Accounts are closed, we may close your ThankYou Member Account. If you do not have an open Sponsor Account, we may also close your ThankYou Member Account or suspend your account privileges at any time for any reason.
  5. Adding and Combining Sponsor Accounts. You can add Sponsor Accounts that transfer ThankYou Points into your ThankYou Member Account, and you can combine multiple ThankYou Member Accounts into one ThankYou Member Account, provided the Sponsor Account and the ThankYou Member Account belong to the same individual. Sponsor Accounts and ThankYou Member Accounts can be combined by visiting thankyou.com or by calling the ThankYou Service Center. If you combine your ThankYou Member Accounts, any action taken concerning Points from one Sponsor Account may affect all the Points in your ThankYou Member Account.
  6. ThankYou Point Redemption and Points Purchase. ThankYou Points are not eligible for redemption until they are transferred to your ThankYou Member Account. Only you may access your ThankYou Member Account and redeem ThankYou Points, unless you or we agree otherwise; provided however, authorized users of consumer Card Accounts (except Chairman Card Accounts) may redeem ThankYou Points in the ThankYou Member Account associated with the Card Account only at certain online merchant(s) participating in the Shop with Points feature of ThankYou Rewards. You may purchase additional ThankYou Points for a nonrefundable fee. Any Points you purchase will expire within one year from the end of the month in which they were purchased. For more information regarding the ThankYou Points purchase option visit thankyou.com or call the ThankYou Service Center.
  7. ThankYou Point Reductions and Negative Point Balance. Any ThankYou Points subtracted from your ThankYou Member Account may reduce or eliminate accumulated ThankYou Points and may result in a negative ThankYou Point balance. If such subtractions are applied to your ThankYou Member Account after a reward for redemption has been selected that reduces your ThankYou Point balance below the amount required for such reward redemption, ThankYou Rewards may suspend delivery of the requested reward. If your ThankYou Member Account has a negative ThankYou Point balance, any newly accumulated ThankYou Points will be used to offset such negative point balance until such balance has been brought to zero.
  8. Member Account Activity. We have the right to monitor all Member Account activity. If required by applicable law or as requested by a Sponsor Account, we may freeze your ThankYou Member Account. If your Member Account is frozen, please contact the ThankYou Service Center for further direction. You may be charged the processing fee disclosed on thankyou.com/help.jspx to unfreeze your ThankYou Member Account. If your ThankYou Member Account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, you may lose your accrued ThankYou Points, and, as a result of this activity, we may close or freeze your ThankYou Member Account immediately. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to us, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in ThankYou Rewards in the future. If your ThankYou Member Account does not represent the correct number of ThankYou Points that you should have been awarded as determined by us, we reserve the right to adjust your point balance. If you have been awarded ThankYou Points in error or if you believe your ThankYou Member Account has been the subject of any suspicious activity, please contact the ThankYou Service Center immediately. If it is determined you have been the victim of a fraud, the Points you have earned will be transferred to a new ThankYou Member Account.
  9. Liability Disclaimer. CBNA, its affiliates, and any merchants participating in ThankYou Rewards make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning ThankYou Rewards. All ThankYou Rewards are void where prohibited by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. You release CBNA, its affiliates and any merchants participating in ThankYou Rewards from all liability regarding the redemption and use of ThankYou Rewards, including any rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen or destroyed. All participating ThankYou Rewards merchants are in no way affiliated with or responsible for ThankYou Rewards administration.
  10. Rewards Delivery. Depending upon the type of ThankYou Reward, certain limitations and restrictions regarding delivery may apply.
    1. Merchandise Rewards: Unless otherwise noted on the item detail pages, delivery of merchandise rewards may not be made to post office boxes or outside the contiguous United States. Shipping times vary by item. On the item detail page, you may be informed of an estimated shipping timeframe. This is an estimated time only and you should allow additional time for delivery. If we are not able to ship your order within 15 days (even if your estimated time for shipment was earlier), we will notify you of the new estimated ship date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund of your Points. The total number of ThankYou Points required for redemption will be displayed during the checkout process. Some products are fulfilled by Best Buy. BEST BUY is not affiliated with ThankYou Rewards. Best Buy does not sponsor, endorse, approve or have any responsibility for ThankYou Rewards. BEST BUY, the BEST BUY logo and the tag designs are trademarks of BBY Solutions, Inc.

      Some products are fulfilled by Walmart.com. Walmart.com is not affiliated with ThankYou Rewards. Walmart.com does not sponsor, endorse, approve or have any responsibility for the ThankYou Rewards program. Walmart, Wal-Mart, the Walmart.com names and logos, and, other than graphics, logos and names of third parties, all other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any of the Walmart Sites are trademarks or trade dress of Walmart in the U.S. and other countries
    2. Best Buy In-store Pickup
      You may pick-up most Best Buy items in any Best Buy store within the continental United States. You will need a government issued photo ID that matches the name on the ThankYou Member Account and the Best Buy order number provided in the confirmation email. The item(s) ordered will be held at Best Buy for eight (8) calendar days from the date you were notified that your order was ready for pickup.
    3. Expedited Shipping of Merchandise Rewards:
      If expedited shipping is available for a given reward, you will be given the option to choose it during the checkout process at an additional Point cost. The number of Points required for expedited shipping will also be displayed during the checkout process and will depend on where you want the reward delivered. Rewards shipped using expedited shipping should ship within one business day. If a reward for which you selected expedited shipping has not shipped within three business days, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund of your Points.
    4. Gift Card/Certificate Rewards: Unless otherwise noted on the item detail page, delivery of gift card/certificate rewards may be made to post office boxes and to shipping addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Allow one to three weeks for shipment of gift card/certificate rewards. All gift card/certificate rewards not received ten days after shipment has been confirmed are to be reported to ThankYou Rewards as lost/stolen. ThankYou Rewards must receive claims for reimbursement of gift card/certificate rewards not received within 120 days of the date that the gift card/certificate rewards were ordered. Virtual rewards do not involve delivery by traditional mail, are only accessible on the Internet, may not be returned to us, and may be subject to further terms and conditions as described on the Internet. Subject to authorization, you may return reward certificates only in the event of certificate/merchandise defects or damaged shipment.
    5. Citi Prepaid Card Rewards: Unless otherwise noted on the item detail page, delivery of Citi Prepaid Cards may be made to post office boxes and to shipping addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery is not available to Military Post Offices (MPOs), including AFO and FPO addresses. Allow one to three weeks for shipment of your reward. All Citi Prepaid Cards not received ten days after shipment has been confirmed are to be reported to ThankYou Rewards as lost/stolen.
  11. Merchandise Returns: Merchandise rewards can be returned via mail only if postmarked within 15 days of shipping date or in-store pickup date. Claims for merchandise rewards not received must be filed with either the ThankYou Service Center or on thankyou.com as lost/stolen within 15 days after shipment has been confirmed.
    1. Products must be in original and complete condition, contain all related parts and returned in original packaging.
    2. DVDs, Software, Video Games and assembled products may not be returned unless proven to be defective or damaged prior to receipt.
    3. Items that contain flammable liquids or gases, items that do not bear a serial or UPC number, etched or otherwise personalized items, as well as food items cannot be returned.
    4. Do not include items from other shipments in the same return package.
  12. Please obtain return mailing labels from the returns center at thankyou.com or via the ThankYou Service Center.

    Note: Use the above return process to return reward items fulfilled by Walmart.com. They may not be returned to a Walmart store.

    Best Buy In-store Returns of Merchandise

    Best Buy store returns must be made within 15 days of shipping date or in-store pickup date. You may return or exchange most Best Buy items at any Best Buy store within the continental United States. You will need:
    1. A government issued photo ID that matches the name on the ThankYou Member Account,
    2. The Best Buy order number, which can be found in your confirmation email,
    3. The Packing Slip or the Best Buy store receipt.
    The following conditions apply:
    1. Products must be in original and complete condition, contain all related parts and returned in original packaging.
    2. DVDs, Software, Video Games and assembled products may not be returned unless proven to be defective or damaged prior to receipt.
    3. Etched or otherwise personalized items and items that do not bear a serial or UPC number cannot be returned.
    For store returns, the member will receive a Best Buy gift card for the original dollar amount of the purchase or given the option to have the ThankYou Points returned to the ThankYou Member Account within 2-5 business days.

  13. Incorporation of Sponsor Account Terms and Conditions. If you have a Sponsor Account, your Sponsor Account agreement(s) (e.g., Card Agreement, Citibank Client Manual - Consumer Accounts, CitiBusiness Client Manual) is/are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions of Citi ThankYou® Rewards for purposes of governing law, enforcement rights and dispute resolution, including any arbitration provision contained therein. Please read your Sponsor Account agreement for these important provisions.
  14. Arbitration Provisions/Governing Law for Members without Sponsor Accounts. If you do not have a Sponsor Account, the following provisions apply to you for purposes of dispute resolution, governing law and enforcement rights:

    ARBITRATION

    PLEASE READ THIS PROVISION CAREFULLY. It provides that disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration replaces the right to go to court, have a jury trial or initiate or participate in a class action. In arbitration, disputes are resolved by an arbitrator, not a judge or jury. Arbitration procedures are simpler and more limited than in court.
    This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), and shall be interpreted in the broadest way the law will allow it to be enforced.

    What claims are covered?

    You or we may arbitrate any claim, dispute or controversy between you and us (called "Claims"). All Claims (whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other basis) arising out of or relating to your ThankYou Member Account ("Account"), a previous related Account or our relationship may be arbitrated. This includes Claims made by or against anyone connected with us or you, or by someone making a claim through us or you, such as a co-applicant, authorized user, donee, employee, agent, representative, or an affiliated/parent/subsidiary company.

    Individual Claims filed in a small claims court are not subject to arbitration, as long as the matter stays in small claims court.

    Claims brought as part of a class action, private attorney general or other representative action can be arbitrated only on an individual basis. The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis, and neither you nor we may pursue a Claim as part of a class action or other representative action. Claims of two or more persons may not be combined in the same arbitration. However, applicants, co-applicants, authorized users on a single Account and/or related Accounts, or corporate affiliates are here considered as one person.


    How does arbitration work?

    Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") according to the applicable AAA arbitration rules and procedures ("AAA Rules"). You can obtain copies of the AAA Rules at the AAA's website (adr.org) or by calling 800-778-7879. You or we may choose to have a hearing, appear at any hearing by phone, and/or be represented by counsel. An in-person hearing will be held in the same city as the U.S. District Court closest to your address for the Account.

    Arbitration may be requested any time, even where there is a pending lawsuit, unless a trial has begun or a final judgment entered. Neither you nor we waive the right to arbitrate by filing or serving a complaint, answer, counterclaim, motion, or discovery in a court lawsuit.

    The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. That arbitrator will follow applicable AAA rules, which may limit the discovery available to you or us. The arbitrator will take reasonable steps to protect your Account information and other confidential information if requested to do so. The arbitrator will apply applicable substantive law consistent with the FAA and applicable statute of limitations, will honor claims of privilege recognized at law, and may award damages or other relief under applicable law. An arbitration award decides the rights and obligations only of the parties named in the arbitration, and shall not have any bearing on any other person or dispute.


    Who pays for arbitration fees?

    We will pay your share of the arbitration fee for Claims of $75,000 or less if they are unrelated to debt collection. Otherwise, arbitration fees will be allocated according to the AAA Rules. If we prevail, we may not recover our arbitration fees, unless the arbitrator decides your Claim was frivolous. All parties are responsible for their own attorney's fees, expert fees and any other expenses, unless the arbitrator awards such fees or expenses to you or us based on applicable law.


    When is the award final?

    The arbitrator's award is final unless a party appeals it in writing to the AAA within fifteen days of notice of the award. The appeal must request a new AAA arbitration before a panel of three arbitrators. The panel will consider all facts and legal issues anew and make decisions based on a majority vote. Arbitration fees for appeal shall be allocated according to the AAA Rules. An award by a panel on appeal is final. A final award is subject to judicial review as provided by applicable law.


    Survival and Severability of Terms:

    This arbitration provision shall survive changes in these Terms and Conditions of Citi ThankYou Rewards and termination of the Account or the relationship between you and us, including the bankruptcy of any party and any sale of your Account to another person or entity. If any part of this arbitration provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall not remain in force. This arbitration provision may not be amended, severed or waived, except as provided in this Agreement or in a written agreement between you and us.


    Governing Law and Enforcing our Rights

    Governing Law. Federal law and the law of South Dakota, where we are located, govern the terms and enforcement of the Terms and Conditions of Citi ThankYou Rewards.

    Enforcing this Agreement. We will not lose our rights under these Terms and Conditions because we delay in enforcing them or fail to enforce them.

Terms and Conditions for Travel Rewards offered by Connexions Loyalty Inc.

Connexions Loyalty Inc., (Connexions Loyalty) is a service provider for ThankYou Rewards and may be accessed online at thankyou.com or through the ThankYou Service Center.

Travel services are provided by Loyalty Travel Agency LLC, who acts only as an agent. State Seller of Travel registration numbers for Loyalty Travel Agency LLC are: California 2097389-50 (registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by California. Loyalty Travel Agency LLC is not a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund); Florida ST38239; Hawaii TAR-6750, Iowa 987; and State of Washington 602 868 200.

  1. Travel Rewards Overview. Travel rewards include airline tickets, hotel accommodations, rental cars, cruises, destination activities/excursions, and vacation packages ("Travel Rewards"). Travel Rewards reservations must be made online at thankyou.com or through the ThankYou Service Center. All Travel Rewards are subject to availability and restrictions of the relevant travel supplier. Travel Rewards may not be booked online for minors traveling unaccompanied by an adult. Please contact the ThankYou Service Center for assistance with unaccompanied passengers under 18 years old for flight and hotel reservations and under 25 years old for car rental reservations. ThankYou Rewards has the final authority on all decisions regarding Travel Rewards ticketing, pricing and availability and the interpretation of these Travel Rewards Terms and Conditions.
  2. Travel Rewards Guidelines. The Point-cost of ThankYou Travel Rewards are based on variable amounts. These amounts are based on a combination of factors including itinerary, date and time of travel, and dollar value of travel. The amount of ThankYou Points needed for these Travel Rewards can be researched on thankyou.com. The following guidelines apply to these Travel Rewards:
    1. No blackout dates.
    2. Taxes, fees and surcharges are included in the number of ThankYou Points required and are subject to change without notice.
    3. Flights may be nonstop, direct, or involve a change of planes. They may also be one-way flights.
    4. Flights do not have to be exact round trips. Flights into and out of different airports are permitted.
    5. Airline, hotel, car rental, vacation, cruise, and activity/excursion company participation may vary from market to market.
    6. Travel must be completed by the expiration date indicated on the travel document.
    7. ThankYou Service Center does not hold Travel Rewards reservations.
    8. A service fee may be charged for the redemption of Travel Rewards when the reward is redeemed by calling the ThankYou Service Center. No service fee applies when the reward is redeemed online.
    9. All reservations must be made more than 24 hours prior to departure. Reservations cannot be accepted within 24 hours of departure.
  3. Airline and Baggage Liability. For information regarding airline liability limitations, baggage liability and other regulations of the Warsaw Convention and other regulations, please consult your air carrier.
  4. Travel Rewards Point Deductions and Payment Options. Redeemed ThankYou Points will be deducted from your ThankYou Member Account at the time of booking. No ThankYou Point amounts, Travel Rewards availability, or dates of travel are confirmed until the required number of ThankYou Points has been deducted, and the tickets or travel documents have been issued. ThankYou Members have the option to redeem for Travel Rewards using a combination of rewards points and a payment card. These members may use their eligible ThankYou Points and may offset the remainder of the total trip cost by paying in dollars, charged to any eligible credit or debit card. Additional travel reward options not offered through Connexions Loyalty may be available through other merchants participating in ThankYou Rewards and/or Points Concierge. These additional travel rewards options are not affiliated with Travel Rewards offered through Connexions Loyalty.
  5. Hotel Rewards Guidelines. Hotel rewards require that you be at least 18 years old to check into a hotel. The base rate is for two (2) guests for one night. Availability of accommodations for extra guests is not guaranteed. If you wish to book multiple rooms, you must use a different name for each room or the duplicate reservation may be canceled by the hotel. Hotel rooms are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE unless permitted by the terms of the room/rate description. Check the terms carefully before making a hotel reservation. For rooms that are non-refundable, changes or cancellations received at any time are subject to the full cost of room and tax for the entire stay. Cancellations or modifications received at any time will be subject to a $25.00 per hotel room service fee collected by Connexions Loyalty in addition to applicable supplier fee. To make changes to your reservation, if permitted, please call the ThankYou Service Center. If cancellation is permitted, hotel cancellations received within three (3) days of check-in date will be subject to a supplier cancellation fee equal to one-night room and tax. This fee will appear on your card statement as Trip Charges. No shows are non-refundable and will result in a total forfeiture of settlement and points and without credit due. Contact Connexions Loyalty via the number listed on your itinerary for all cancellation or modification requests. Cancellations or modifications handled by the property directly may result in additional fees and/or the forfeiture of any refund due. In the event of an involuntary cancellation due to weather, war, terrorism, epidemic outbreak, natural disaster, acts of civil unrest or other acts of God, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the hotel. Policies for children vary by property. Child benefits may be extended should a property offer them. Hotel reservations include room and applicable taxes only. Any additional hotel charges, such as resort fees and hotel energy surcharges and any charges for incidentals that you incur while traveling are not included in your reservation rate and must be paid directly to the hotel. Incidental charges may include but are not limited to parking fees, babysitting, room service, telephone fees, internet usage fees, in-room movies, mini-bar charges, and gratuities. Hotel bookings are available through preferred suppliers of Connexions Loyalty and may not be available for all locations and destinations. Due to hotel supplier policies applicable to our preferred rates, your name may not be provided to the hotel property until 24 hours prior to your arrival. Please contact Connexions Loyalty directly for any special requests. Special requests made to hotel properties are on a request only basis and cannot be guaranteed. Fees and charges may apply, depending on the service request. The hotel may require a major credit card, in one of the guest's name, or a cash deposit upon check-in. Reservations do not include services not specified in the reservation confirmation. A reasonable attempt will be made to notify guests of hotel renovation or refurbishment if Connexions Loyalty knows of the same; however, Connexions Loyalty shall not be liable for non-disclosure by the property or for any failure to provide such notification or for damages that may result from renovation or refurbishment.

    Hotel Taxes and Fees for Non-ThankYou Point Transactions:

    In connection with facilitating your non-award hotel transaction, the charge to your debit or credit card will include a charge for taxes and fees. This charge includes an estimated amount to recover the amount paid to the hotel in connection with your reservation for taxes owed by the hotel including, without limitation, sales and use tax, occupancy tax, room tax, excise tax, value-added tax and/or other similar taxes. In certain locations, the tax amount may also include government imposed service fees or other fees not paid directly to the taxing authorities but required by law to be collected by the hotel. The amount paid to the hotel in connection with your reservation for taxes may vary from the amount estimated and included in the charge to you. The balance of the charge for taxes and fees is a fee retained as part of the compensation for services and to cover the costs of your reservation, including, for example, customer service costs. The charge for taxes and fees varies based on a number of factors including, without limitation, the amount paid to the hotel and the location of the hotel where you will be staying, and may include profit.

    Except as described below, we are not the vendor collecting and remitting taxes to the applicable taxing authorities. Our hotel suppliers, as vendors, include all applicable taxes in the amount billed to us and we pay over such amounts directly to the vendors. We are not a co-vendor associated with the vendor with whom we book or reserve our customer's travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate and the type of applicable taxes vary greatly by location.

    For transactions involving hotels located within certain jurisdictions, the charge to your debit or credit card for Taxes and Fees includes a payment of tax that we are required to collect and remit to the jurisdiction for tax owed on amounts retained as compensation for services.

    Please note that we are unable to facilitate a rebate of Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") for customers booking Canadian hotel accommodations utilizing our services.

  6. Vacation Packages and Cruise Travel Guidelines. Vacation package and cruise prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Airline tickets included as part of the vacation package or cruise itinerary must be round-trip tickets. Advance purchase minimum stay and length of stay requirements for those airline tickets may apply. If you book an activity or service as part of your package or cruise booking, you must print your activities and services voucher(s) which will be emailed to you at the time of booking, and bring it/them with you to your destination. The vacation package price does not include ground transportation unless otherwise specified in your itinerary. All travelers are subject to the terms and conditions of each applicable tour company or cruise provider. Copies of the cruise line's conditions, rules and regulations applicable to your booking will be included with your ticket. Cruise providers require that passengers younger than 18 years old be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older in the same cabin. All passengers in your cabin must be 6 months or older. All passengers must provide proof of citizenship when boarding the ship, even if your cruise includes only domestic destinations. If your cruise is an international sailing, the countries you visit will also require proof of citizenship. Please bring a valid passport as this is the only form of identification accepted by most countries and is required by the US Department of State for reentry into the United States. Additionally, some countries require visas. You are responsible for acquiring the necessary visas. If your cruise departs from or visits a port of call that requires a visa you must have a valid passport and applicable visas for your trip. Non-US citizens must present a valid passport and any visas or travel documents required for reentry into the US. Contact your consulate for specific requirements. It is your responsibility to check on all required documents as requirements are subject to change and differ for various itineraries.
  7. Car Rental Guidelines. Car Rental cancellations received within two (2) days of pick-up date will be subject to a supplier cancellation fee equal to one-day rental cost. Cancellations or modifications received at any time will be subject to a $15.00 per car booking service fee collected by Connexions Loyalty in addition to applicable supplier fee. This fee will appear on your card statement as Trip Charges. No shows are non-refundable and will result in a total forfeiture of settlement and points and without credit due. Cancellation fees, rental terms, and any additional fees are subject to change without notice and may vary by location. Rental rates are based on 24 hour periods and may be subject to additional fees depending on time of return, including but not limited to hourly rental charges which will be billed directly to you by the car rental company. Redemption and Advance Purchase rental rates include unlimited mileage, taxes and fees, however, local taxes and fees may not be included and will be assessed by the car rental location directly. Charges are billed directly by the car rental company and subject to change. Charges for optional services such as insurance waivers, fuel, additional or underage drivers, special equipment charges, etc are not included in your rental and must be paid directly to the car rental company. Geographic restrictions may apply. Renters must be 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license, major credit card and good driving record. One-way rentals are not permitted on this site. Car rental redemptions are available through preferred suppliers of Connexions Loyalty and may not be available for all locations and destinations. Special requests made to car rental companies are on a request only basis and cannot be guaranteed. Certain rate types do not permit credit for airline frequent flyer programs or car loyalty programs. Car rental suppliers reserve the right to deny rental due to past driving record. Debit cards may not be allowed. Connexions Loyalty fee(s) will appear on your card statement as Trip Charges.
  8. Travel Rewards Details. Travel Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value. Travel Rewards have no residual cash value. Travel Rewards cannot be combined with any other certificates, coupons, discounts, upgrades, awards or promotions. Travel Rewards are offered as promotional items and are void if sold for cash or other consideration, or if altered or copied, and cannot be reissued if destroyed, lost or stolen. Frequent flyer mileage accrual, usage and upgrades may not be used with Travel Rewards. Travel Rewards are not valid where prohibited by law.
  9. Travel Changes by You. All airline tickets, hotel, car rental, vacation packages, cruises and activities booked in exchange for ThankYou Points are nonrefundable, nonendorsable and nontransferable. Changes to bookings are subject to the fees and conditions described in these terms and conditions. All changes must be within the same travel region as defined by the carrier's fare rules and meet the booking requirements in effect at the time of the change. Any additional costs due to a permitted change are your responsibility and will be collected in U.S. dollars, not ThankYou Points, with a credit or debit card in the name of the ThankYou Member. Any change, cancellation or additional collection fees imposed by the airline, hotel, car rental company, tour, cruise or activity provider are the responsibility of the traveler.
  10. Cruise Cancellation and Change Fees. A cruise cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed by Connexions Loyalty for cruise cancellations. In addition, cruise lines may also impose their own cancellation fees. There are no charges from Connexions Loyalty for changes to cruises; however, changes are subject to fees from the individual cruise line and may vary by cruise line. Change fees charged by the cruise line vary by both sailing date and the types of changes made. To determine applicable change fees for your reservation, please call the ThankYou Service Center. Any change fees must be charged to a credit or debit card issued in the name of the ThankYou Member. If the ThankYou Member subsequently questions the change fee appearing on the card statement, the ThankYou Member should first call the ThankYou Service Center in order to resolve the question. These fees are subject to change.
  11. Travel Changes and Cancellations by the Supplier. Airline, hotel, car rental, tour operator and cruise line schedules, terms, points of service and fares are subject to change without notice. Airline schedule changes, flight cancellations and interruptions, oversold flights, hotels, tours and cruises are outside of the control of Connexions Loyalty and ThankYou Rewards. These situations must be remedied by the applicable travel supplier and may be subject to Federal or State Regulations. If an airline declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to carry you or to refund tickets issued before the bankruptcy. Connexions Loyalty is not allowed to refund tickets on airlines that have declared bankruptcy. ThankYou Points redeemed or money given to Connexions Loyalty immediately becomes the property of the airline and ThankYou Rewards and Connexions Loyalty is required by law to comply with the airline's orders. It is strongly recommended that travel insurance be purchased.
  12. Airline Fees, Rules and Restrictions. Any fees associated to the applicable redemption or purchase ticket will be the responsibility of the traveler at the time of booking. These fees include, but are not limited to, ticketing fees, airline fuel surcharges, and security fees.

    Airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE unless permitted by the terms of the fare and are subject to airline rules, penalties and fare difference. A $35.00 per ticket service fee for domestic flights and $50.00 per ticket service fee for international flights will be collected by Connexions Loyalty for all exchanges, modifications, or cancellations, in addition to airline penalties and fare difference. Connexions Loyalty fee(s) will appear on your card statement as Trip Charges. Airline baggage policies vary and charges may apply for checked baggage. Please check with the individual airline should you have questions regarding baggage charges, size limitations, or restrictions. Unused tickets contain no value if not canceled prior to departure.

    Tickets may not be reassigned or transferred to a different passenger or airline. Airline passengers must present applicable travel documents at the airport on the day of travel along with a government issued photo identity card. It is recommended that passengers check in with the airline a minimum of 75 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flight itineraries and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international itineraries due to federal security requirements. Please note that airline schedules change frequently. Please reconfirm all flight dates and times with the airline 72 hours prior to departure. Upgrades are not permitted on certain itineraries. Please check with the carrier directly. Turboprop aircraft may exist on your itinerary. Airlines reserve the right to change aircraft equipment without notice to the booking travel agency or the consumer.

    Please review your itinerary, as code-share flights may exist. If a code-share flight exists in your itinerary, passengers must check in with the operating airline on day of departure. If the traveler's itinerary requires a paper ticket, there will be an additional charge of $15.00 for domestic travel and $50.00 for international travel to cover printing and express delivery of the paper ticket(s). Paper ticket delivery addresses must be street addresses. No P.O. boxes will be accepted. For bookings made online at thankyou.com, electronic confirmation and documentation will be sent to the email address displayed on the Billing and Delivery page. For other Travel Rewards such as vacation and cruise packages, travel documents will be sent to the ThankYou Member's address provided at time of booking. ThankYou Member is responsible for destroyed, lost and/or stolen Travel Rewards, and any fees imposed to replace such travel documents. Please refer to your program rules for additional information.

    Hazardous Materials
    1. Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals.
    2. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person. For further information contact the airline directly.
    Baggage Fees

    Baggage policies and fees vary by supplier. Please check with the supplier for baggage charges, size limitations, weight and other restrictions. A complete list of air carriers and their fees can be found at www.tripcharges.com/baggagefees.asp.

  13. Cancellations and No Shows. Activity Cancellations received within three (3) days of activity date will be subject to a supplier cancellation fee equal to the total activity cost. Theater tickets, theme-park passes, and select sightseeing tours are completely NON-REFUNDABLE once booked. Cancellations or modifications received at any time will be subject to a $15.00 per activity, per person service fee, in addition to applicable supplier fee. This fee will appear on your card statement as Trip Charges. No shows are non-refundable and will result in a total forfeiture of settlement and Points and without credit due. Activity supplier reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify the date, length, or inclusions of activity booked without notice to the booking travel agency or the consumer.
  14. Travel Insurance. Travel Insurance is provided by a third party insurer and has no direct affiliation with your financial services organization. Travel insurance is provided in conjunction with Trilegiant Insurance Services, Inc. an affiliate of Connexions Loyalty. If travel insurance was purchased, you will receive an email confirmation including your policy number and specific details of your policy within 24 hours. Please review your policy details immediately upon receipt for important coverage information. Travel Insurance coverage will not cover Connexions Loyalty' cancellation fees. Connexions Loyalty has the right to cancel the booking in the event of non-payment or payment dispute. All refund requests must be made in writing and any negotiable documents (i.e. airline tickets, redeemable certificates or vouchers, etc.) issued by Connexions Loyalty must be returned prior to processing of any refund. All refund claims must be submitted within 30 days after the scheduled departure date. Special cancellation provisions may apply to group, holiday and school vacation reservations. Credit Card Declines - In the event that your credit card is declined, Connexions Loyalty will attempt payment up to two times and will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to obtain authorization, your package will be subject to cancellation and standard penalties will be applied. Please note that customers who choose not to select this option are fully responsible for any potential losses that may arise from their travels.

In order to use Online Bill Pay with Points, you must be a ThankYou® Rewards Member with a ThankYou Member Account ("ThankYou Account"), have a Citibank® consumer checking account enrolled in both ThankYou Rewards ("Checking Account") and on Citibank's internet banking website ("Citibank Online") and agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Online Bill Pay with Points can only be used through Citibank Online and is subject to the standard terms governing Bill Payment and Transfers in the Citibank Online User Agreement and the terms and instructions appearing on Citibank Online when accessing or using Online Bill Payment.
  • Online Bill Pay with Points can only be used with a Citibank consumer checking account and cannot be used with a business checking account.
  • Your ThankYou Account and Checking Account must be open and in good standing at the time you use Online Bill Pay with Points.
  • Online bill payments cannot be scheduled using more ThankYou Points than are available in your ThankYou Member Account at the time you set up the bill payment. A combination of available funds in your Checking Account and the redeemed value of available ThankYou Points in your ThankYou Account can be used when making an online bill payment from your Checking Account.
  • Online Bill Pay with Points is only available for a one-time payment to payees you have set up with your Checking Account. ThankYou Points cannot be used for bill payments toward any accounts with Citibank or a Citibank affiliate or for express payments or recurring payments
  • When using Online Bill Pay with Points, the available ThankYou Points you select for online bill payment will be deducted from your ThankYou Account and redeemed for cash that will be credited to your Checking Account on the same day the bill payment is scheduled to be paid from the Checking Account.
  • The selected ThankYou Points will not be deducted from your ThankYou Account until the scheduled payment date. If you use the Points you have selected for a bill payment toward a different redemption option before your scheduled bill payment date, you may not have enough ThankYou Points to complete the bill payment.
  • If there are insufficient available funds in your selected Checking Account or less than the selected number of available Points in your ThankYou Account, the bill payment request will not be completed. Citibank will try for the next two days to process the Online Bill Payment with Points. If there are still insufficient funds on the third day, Citibank will not complete the request.
  • In the event a bill payment is stopped or is not processed for any reason (other than insufficient available ThankYou Points), the redeemed ThankYou Points credited to your Checking Account will not be returned to your ThankYou Member Account. Instead, the cash from the redemption of those Points will remain in your Checking Account.
  • Bill payments made using Online Bill Pay with Points can be cancelled anytime until 11:59pm ET on the date of the scheduled bill payment
  • There is no fee to use the Online Bill Pay with Points feature to redeem ThankYou Points for bill payments.
  • Online Bill Pay With Points cannot be accessed via a mobile device or tablet.
  • ThankYou Rewards has the right to change the point to dollar conversion rate for Online Bill Pay with Points at any time.
  • The Online Bill Pay with Points feature may be modified or terminated at anytime without notice

Terms and Conditions of Rewards Account Numbers ("Terms of Use")

Rewards Account Numbers: A Rewards Account Number is a temporary, virtual credit card account number requested by a cardmember with a Citi MasterCard or Visa credit card participating in the Citi ThankYou® Rewards program for use in making online or telephone transactions. The Rewards Account Number may be used at multiple merchants, up to your available credit limit, and is valid until midnight Pacific Time on the day it is generated. Transactions made using Rewards Account Numbers will be reflected on your credit card statement just like other transactions made using your credit card. Rewards Account Numbers may not be used for cash advance transactions; any attempt to do so will be declined. Transactions made using Rewards Account Numbers will be subject to all terms and conditions set forth in your Card Agreement. When you use a Rewards Account Number to make a transaction, you are requesting that once the transaction posts to your credit card account, we redeem the number of ThankYou Points specified for a statement credit to be applied to your credit card account. The transaction will be subject to interest, as would any other transaction on the credit card account. If there are no ThankYou Points available for redemption at the time the purchase(s) posts to your credit card account, a statement credit will not be issued. If there are insufficient ThankYou Points available to redeem for the full amount of the transaction, a statement credit will be issued for the amount of ThankYou Points available. If a statement credit is issued, it may take up to two (2) days to post after the transaction is posted to your credit card account. The statement credit may be issued in the next billing cycle. If a statement credit is not issued or is delayed, and a transaction made with a Rewards Account Number is subject to interest or fees, you agree that Citibank, N.A. ("Citibank") has no liability to you. If you return a purchase made with your Rewards Account Number any associated statement credit may not be reversed and will remain on your credit card account.

License Grant: Citibank grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonassignable and royalty-free license to use the Rewards Account Numbers software for the sole purpose of using the Rewards l Account Numbers Service as described herein.

Restrictions and Proprietary Notices: You agree not to alter, reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to create any source code which is derived from Citibank Rewards Account Numbers or related software. You acknowledge that all rights to the Rewards Account Numbers Service and related software are owned by Citibank and you shall not remove, alter or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices on the Rewards Account Numbers and any related software.

No Transfer of Rights: Neither these Terms of Use nor any license granted hereunder shall be construed to convey, transfer, affect, alter or otherwise modify any rights of Citibank and, except for the limited license to use Citibank Rewards Account Numbers as specified hereunder, you obtain no rights or title whatsoever in or to the Rewards Account Number Service or any related software.

Authorization; Accuracy of Transaction Information; Transaction Fulfillment: By your use of the Rewards Account Number Service at an Internet site, you authorize Citibank to act as your agent to submit Information in connection with your Rewards Account Numbers software to your selected Internet site. Citibank shall have no liability to you for either the inaccuracy of any information you have provided to the Rewards Account Numbers Service or the failure of any Internet site to fulfill any transaction.

Terms of Cardmember Agreement: Use of the Rewards Account Number Service shall be subject to the terms of your Cardmember Agreement applicable to your Citibank credit card used in connection with the Rewards Account Number Service.

Amendments/Termination: Citibank may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting a revised version of these Terms of Use on thankyou.com. Changes will be effective when they are posted. Citibank is not required to provide you with notification that any such change has been made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use from time to time to be aware of any such changes. Your continued use of the Rewards Account Number Service will indicate your agreement to any such change. In addition, Citibank may terminate the Rewards Account Number Service or your use of the Rewards Account Number Service at any time.

Controlling Law and Severability: These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York without regard to conflicts of laws' provisions thereof. If any provision of these Terms of Use, or portion thereof, is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.

Terms and Conditions for Using ThankYouŽ Select and Credit

In order to use Select and Credit to redeem ThankYou Points ("Points") for statement credits to cover eligible purchases, you must be a ThankYou Rewards Member, have a CitiŽ consumer credit card ("Card Account") enrolled in ThankYou Rewards, have a ThankYou Member Account ("ThankYou Account"), have access to Citi Account Online internet banking for the Card Account and agree to the following terms and conditions.
  1. Select and Credit statement credits can only be requested online through Citi Account Online.
  2. Your ThankYou Account and Card Account must be in good standing at the time you use Select and Credit. Citi Chairman AMEX and Citi Business cards are not eligible to use the Select and Credit feature.
  3. Only eligible purchases made with your Card Account in the current billing period and unbilled eligible purchases are eligible for Select and Credit statement credits. Temporary authorizations are ineligible for Select and Credit.
  4. Only purchases in the following categories are eligible for Select and Credit statement credits ("Eligible Purchases"): dining, entertainment, groceries, drug stores, utilities and gas purchases. These eligible categories are subject to change. ThankYou Rewards does not determine how merchants or establishments are classified, however, they are generally classified based upon the merchant's primary line of business. ThankYou Rewards reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify as Eligible Purchases.
  5. The amount of Points you elect to redeem for statement credits to cover your Eligible Purchases will be deducted from your ThankYou Account balance. You may select Eligible Purchases up to your available Point balance. Statement credits will post to your Card Account within 48 hours of redemption.
  6. Select and Credit statement credits are applied toward your Card Account statement balance, and not toward your minimum payment due. The required minimum payment reflected on your Card Account statement must be paid pursuant to the terms of your Card Agreement.
  7. Select and Credit statement credits are available only for the total amount of the credit card charge for the Eligible Purchase. No partial statement credits will be given.
  8. There is no fee to use the Select and Credit feature to redeem ThankYou Points.
  9. ThankYou Rewards may set minimum and/or maximum Point redemption requirements for Select and Credit at any time.
  10. ThankYou Rewards has the right to change the Point to dollar conversion rate for Select and Credit statement credits at any time.
  11. The Select and Credit feature may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.


Statement Credit for Card Accounts
  1. You can redeem ThankYou Points for statement credits, issued in the form of a billing statement credit to the Card Account (excluding Citi® Corporate Travel & Entertainment Cards) of the ThankYou Member, in denominations of $10, $15, $25, $50, $100, $175 and $250 only ("Statement Credits").
  2. Your statement credit will appear on your credit card statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles which, depending on when your statement cycles, can take up to 60 days. The credit is applied to the overall balance on the account, which means that you must still make the monthly minimum payment due.
  3. You will receive a statement credit fulfillment/confirmation letter within 1 to 3 weeks of redemption.
  4. Statement credits may not be canceled or returned.
  5. ThankYou Rewards that consist of gift cards/certificates cannot be applied as a statement credit to your Card Account.
  6. Your account must be open and not in default in order to be eligible for statement credit redemptions.
Cash Rewards
  1. You can redeem ThankYou Points for cash, issued in the form of a check made payable to you, the ThankYou Member, in denominations of $50 and $100 only ("Cash Rewards").
  2. Cash Rewards will be sent via USPS 1st Class mail to your shipping address of record.
  3. You will receive a Cash Rewards fulfillment/confirmation letter and check within 1 to 3 weeks of redemption.
  4. Checks issued on behalf of ThankYou Rewards are valid for 180 days.
  5. Cash Rewards, whether shipped separately or with other ThankYou rewards, cannot be sent to an alternative address from the ThankYou Member's shipping address of record. If you wish to have your Cash Reward sent to an address that differs from your shipping address of record, you must first update the shipping address of record within your Account Profile or check out your other ThankYou rewards separately.
  6. All Cash Rewards redemptions are final. ThankYou Points redeemed for Cash Rewards cannot be returned unless the check has been canceled by ThankYou Rewards and a stop payment is placed, resulting in a return order status and automatic reinstatement of member's ThankYou Points into their ThankYou Member Account. Please note that a check may be canceled if, for example, there was a misspelling on the check or the member never received it. All Cash Rewards checks not received 10 days after shipment are to be reported to ThankYou Rewards as lost/stolen.
Charitable Contributions
  1. You can redeem ThankYou Points for charitable contributions, issued in the form of a check made payable to the charity, in denominations of $25, $50, $75 and $100 only ("Charitable Contributions").
  2. Charitable contribution checks and fulfillment/contribution letters will be sent directly to the charity via USPS 1st Class mail within 1 to 3 weeks.
  3. Checks issued on behalf of ThankYou Rewards are valid for 180 days.
  4. You will receive a written confirmation of the charitable contribution within 1 to 3 weeks of redemption. Please contact ThankYou Rewards if the confirmation letter is not received after three weeks.
  5. Charitable contributions may not be canceled or returned.
  6. Participating charities are subject to change. ThankYou Rewards may discontinue its relationship with any charity, at any time, without notice.
  7. Please consult your tax advisor regarding whether your redemption of ThankYou Points towards a charitable contribution is tax deductible.
Monthly Mortgage Payment and Student Loan Rebate Rewards
  1. You can redeem ThankYou Points toward any student loan program or monthly mortgage payment issued in the form of a check made payable to your financial lending institution - mortgage or student loan program only; in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $250, $500, $750 and $1000 only.
  2. Checks for student loan rebates and monthly mortgage payments will be sent via USPS 1st Class mail to your shipping address of record.
  3. You will receive a confirmation letter and check payable to the financial lending institution within 1 to 3 weeks of redemption. Please keep this timeframe in mind in determining when you will be able to use your redemption for your student loan or monthly mortgage payment.
  4. Checks issued on behalf of ThankYou Rewards for student loan rebates or monthly mortgage payments are valid for 180 days.
  5. No payment will be made directly to the ThankYou Member or any other source. ThankYou Member must provide the financial lending institution name at time of redemption. Student loan rebates and monthly mortgage payments are only redeemable through the ThankYou Service Center.
  6. ThankYou Rewards is not responsible for payment to the financial lending institution. It is the ThankYou Member's sole responsibility to issue payment to their respective financial lending institution for mortgages or student loan program. Please contact your financial lending institution regarding your monthly mortgage and student loan rebate payment policies and/or restrictions specific to accepting multiple checks for monthly payments, 3rd party checks, and/or partial monthly payments.
  7. All student loan rebate and monthly mortgage payment redemptions are final. ThankYou Points redeemed for student loan rebates and monthly mortgage payments cannot be returned unless the check has been canceled by ThankYou Rewards and a stop payment is placed, resulting in a return order status and automatic reinstatement of member's ThankYou Points into their ThankYou Member Account. Please note that a check may be canceled if, for example, there was a misspelling on the check or the member never received it. All student loan rebates and/or monthly mortgage payment checks not received 10 days after shipment are to be reported to ThankYou Rewards as lost/stolen.
ThankYou Points Sharing
  1. You may share some or all of your available qualifying ThankYou Points as a gift with another ThankYou Member by using the Points Sharing feature of ThankYou Rewards, provided the Points to be shared are not due to expire in less than 90 days. In order to share your points, you, as the sharer, must have first set up your ThankYou Member Account with a user name and password either through the ThankYou Service Center or thankyou.com.
  2. ThankYou Points can be shared only with another ThankYou Member Account.
  3. Once you share Points with another ThankYou Member, the shared Points will be deducted from your Points Balance and added to the recipient's Points Balance. Points will post to the recipient's account immediately after the transaction.
  4. The recipient of shared Points may not share the Points received with another ThankYou Member.
  5. Taxable Points and Points made unavailable for redemption due to signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity in your ThankYou Member Account or due to your failure to make the required minimum payment due on your participating Citi credit card account by the payment due date are not eligible for sharing. Taxable Points are Points obtained through activity unrelated to purchases made with your Citibank Debit MasterCard or with your Citi credit card, as well as Points received for a Citibank checking relationship and bonus Points that may be awarded for opening new Sponsor accounts or for signing up for new Sponsor services.
  6. Shared Points received expire 90 days from the date they are received.
  7. If an item redeemed with shared Points is returned, the shared Points used for the redemption will be returned to the ThankYou Member Account of the redeemer, but the Point expiration timeframe of the shared Points will not re-set. For example, if shared Points with 60 days left before they expire are redeemed and 30 days later the Points are returned to the ThankYou Member Account after the redeemed item has been returned, the shared Points will expire 30 days after they are returned to the redeemer's ThankYou Member Account.
  8. A submitted request to share Points may not be canceled by the sharer or the recipient and shared Points may not be returned to the sharer by the recipient.
  9. You may share your available Points through thankyou.com or through the ThankYou Service Center (1-800-THANKYOU). When sharing Points, you must accept the applicable Terms & Conditions before completing the transaction.
Hilton HHonorsTM Points Transfer
  1. If you have a Citi ThankYou ® Premier, Citi Prestige ® or Citi Chairman American Express credit card account, you may transfer your available qualifying ThankYou Points for Hilton HHonors Bonus Points, subject to the following minimum and incremental points requirements, by using the Points Transfer feature of ThankYou Rewards. Each transfer must include a minimum of 1,000 ThankYou Points and any additional amount must be in increments of 1,000 ThankYou Points. In order to transfer ThankYou Points from your ThankYou Member Account into Hilton HHonors Bonus Points, you first must have set up your ThankYou Member Account with a user name and password either through the ThankYou Service Center or thankyou.com and also your Hilton HHonors Member Account with a user name and password through HHonors.com.
  2. Upon completion of a transfer, the resulting Hilton HHonors Bonus Points can be posted only to your Hilton HHonors Member Account.
  3.
